Can I take Eloprine, Naproxen, dextromethorphan, vitamins D and E, selenium and zinc together?

Hello, can I elopyrin and naproxen together take A for cough dextromethorphan for the evening? I have a subfebrile virus 37,1 runny nose and cough for a runny nose sinupret. Vitamins selenium zynk D E also Isn't there too much of this good? Best regards

Yes, you can use Eloprine, Naproxen, dextromethorphan and Sinupret together. Also, supplementation with zinc, selenium, vitamin D and E is possible while taking the listed drugs. If you yourself included Eloprine in the treatment, in my opinion you can opt out of taking this preparation. Inosine (the active substance Eloprine) currently does not have reliable clinical trials confirming its effectiveness in treating infections and increasing the body's resistance.
