Hello, I have been struggling with excessive hair fall for over a year. My doctor says that people sometimes have it and you should wait for it to pass by itself. I did blood tests 3 times in 1.5 years. Feritin is close to the lower norm, iron a little above the norm. Vitamin D at the lower border, high liver enzymes. I'm going to start supplementing, iron and vitamin C in the morning before breakfast, I don't really know when to take vitamin D and vitamin B complex to be well assimilated. I kindly ask for advice. Best regards

Vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble vitamin, it is best used with a high-fat meal. A good solution will be to buy one of the preparations registered as a medicine available in online or stationary pharmacies. Choosing the offer of an online pharmacy allows you to compare prices, as well as order the preparation with home delivery or personal collection at the pharmacy. Drugs with vitamin D3 available in pharmacies are, m.in.: - Ibuvit D: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/105588/ibuvit-d3-2000-iu-kapsulki/apteki - Vigalex forte: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/105739/vigalex-forte-tabletki/apteki - Vigantol: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/82436/vigantol-krople/apteki We wrote more about vitamin D3 in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/witamina-d-czyli-nie-unikaj-slonca In contrast, B vitamins can be used regardless of meals. It is important to drink the preparation with plenty of water, because B vitamins are soluble in water. Food does not affect the absorption of B vitamins. Preparations registered as a drug include, m.in.: - Vitaminum B compositum: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/83177/vitaminum-b-compositum-polfa-drazetki/apteki - Vita Buerlecithin: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/82834/vita-buerlecithin-plyn/apteki A full list of B vitamin preparations available on the market can be found in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/witamina-b-complex I encourage you to read the Our study on the difference between drugs and supplements: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czym-roznia-sie-leki-od-suplementow
