Both Esogno and Nasen are drugs used to treat insomnia belonging to the group of non-benzodiazepine hypnotics. The active substance of Esogno is eszopiclone, considered to be the most effective of the group of non-benzodiazepine hypnotics substances in the treatment of sleep maintenance disorders. Compared to other substances from its group (e.g. zolpidem contained in Nasene), it can be used for more than 2-6 weeks. In clinical trials conducted for 6 months, there was no evidence of increasing tolerance to eszopiclone, as is the case with e.g. zolpidem. However, this does not mean that the drug should be used for such a long period of time. When taking hypnotics, you should be guided by the principle of the shortest possible period of therapy. Also, no dose adjustment of eszopiclone is necessary in patients suffering from moderate renal or hepatic insufficiency. Based on these data, it can be concluded that Esogno is a safer drug in selected groups of patients. It depends, m.in on the state of health and the diagnosed disease entity. Through Gdziepolek you can check the availability and book Esogno or Nasen medicines in the selected pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/107687/esogno-tabletki-powlekane/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/51582/nasen-tabletki-powlekane/apteki I encourage you to read the helpful materials and attach information about the possibility of using teleconsultation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/bezsennosc https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
