The indication for the use of the drug is the treatment of symptomatic primary and secondary chronic venous insufficiency, venous leg ulcers as an adjunct to local therapy, symptomatic chronic obstructive arterial disease of the lower limbs of moderate severity (II degree of Fontaine's classification) and prolonged secondary prophylaxis of venous thromboembolism in patients who have completed standard anticoagulant therapy (3 to 12 months) due to deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism and treatment of hard effusions in patients with mild to moderate nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy.
