Do I need to keep a time interval between drinking infusions of nettle, lemon balm, chamomile, linden and sage?

If I drink various herbs: chamomile, lemon balm, sage, nettle, linden. How much time to wait between drinking different? 2h, 3h? Longer? Herbapol ordinary teas.

There is no need for a time interval between the listed herbs for brewing. According to current knowledge, there are no significant interactions between them, they are often used together in mixtures.
