Does vomiting 4-5 hours after taking the drug reduce the effectiveness of Vines?
Yesterday at 5 p.m. I took the vines contraceptive pill like every day, around 20.00-21.00 I vomited. Could it have affected the effectiveness of the tablet, and if so, what to do in this case?

Yes, this may have affected the effectiveness of Vines tablets. In this situation, you should take another tablet (after the vomiting stops) and protect yourself additionally (e.g. by using condoms) for the next 7 days. Please remember that vomiting or diarrhea occurring up to 4 hours from the moment of taking the drug is always a threat to the effectiveness of the drug.
