The occurrence of spotting or bleeding in pregnancy should be urgently consulted with a doctor. They do not have to end in miscarriage. When spotting or bleeding occurs during days off (e.g. holiday, weekend), I encourage you to use hospital obstetrics and gynaecology emergency rooms. Only a doctor can assess the effect of spotting on pregnancy in your case.
