Unfortunately not. Such a change is beyond the competence of the pharmacist. The regulations clearly state that a pharmacist cannot dispense a higher dose than that recommended by the doctor. This is a mistake in art. In this situation, you need a new prescription for Accordeon at a dose of 20mg and a change in the dosage regimen. Legal basis - § 2 sec. 4 and 5 of the Regulation on dispensing medicines and medical devices from a pharmacy.
