According to the information in the leaflet - adults and children weighing 40 kg and more - the usual dose is 1 tablet twice a day. Sometimes a higher dose is used - 1 tablet three times a day. Before using the drug in tablets in children weighing less than 40 kg, you should consult a doctor - this is what I would recommend, please do not use this medicine on your child on your own, without clear instructions from the doctor as to the dosage.
