Androcur is usually given in combination with an oestrogen-progestogen contraceptive. The Kyleen spiral contains only the progestogen component, i.e. levonorgestrel. If such use was recommended by a gynecologist, then you should follow his recommendations, while in another case you should go for a re-consultation.
