If the syringe has a graduation that allows the administration of 0.8 ml of solution - there are no contraindications. If you are unable to administer 0.8 ml with the pre-filled syringe you have, you should buy a new prescription and use the drug with a measured dose of 8000 IU. According to the manufacturer: "If you are using pre-filled syringes, do not remove the air bubble from the syringe before injection, as this may reduce the dose administered. If it is required to adjust the amount of the drug to be injected according to the patient's weight, then graduated syringes should be used to obtain the required volume by removing excess solution before injection. Please note that in some cases it is not possible to obtain an exact dose due to the accuracy of the graduation on the syringe, in which case round the volume to the nearest graduation."
