Perhaps it is worth first applying therapy from the first allergist - that is, Dymista, Clatra, Singulair, and after completing the treatment with Dymista switch to Flixonase. Smoke and Flixonase should not be combined, as these medicines contain the same active substance and this may lead to overdose. If you still have any doubts, please consult a doctor - an allergist or pediatrician.
