The spotting has not been described as an adverse reaction of Alpicort. It is unlikely that they can be caused by the use of the drug - especially since, according to the manufacturer's data - The estradiol contained in the drug is practically not absorbed into the bloodstream. Nevertheless, the observed side effects should be reported to the doctor, who on this basis will decide on further proceedings.
