The use of a drug with fluoxetine (active ingredient in Bioxetin) with venlafaxine and Pernazinum increases the risk of m.in. serotonin syndrome. It may be accompanied by symptoms such as fever, sweating, increased heart rate, diarrhoea, (uncontrolled) muscle spasms, chills, increased reflexes, anxiety, mood swings, loss of consciousness. If medications have been prescribed by different doctors, consultation is necessary as to whether they are to be used concomitantly. You may need to change your dosage recommendations. If your medication has been prescribed by the same doctor, it is important that you follow the dosing schedule. If you notice any side effects, please contact your doctor immediately.
