A side effect from treatment should be reported to your doctor. Perhaps he will decide to increase the dose of the drug more slowly. According to the manufacturer: "When using GLP-1 receptor agonists, an increase in heart rate was observed. In phase IIIa studies, patients treated with Rybelsus had an increase in beats per minute (bpm) of an average of 0 to 4 beats from baseline of 69 to 76 beats per minute (bpm).
