Monural is a drug that is usually well tolerated by patients. Side effects from using Monural are rare and may occur for some people. If Monural side effects are to occur, they may appear both immediately after taking the drug and later, up to a few days after the end of treatment. The most common side effects are diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. In case of doubt, I encourage you to consult your doctor again. It is the doctor who decides whether to treat the patient m.in based on the history of the disease and the previous response to treatment. Only a doctor can decide on a possible change in pharmacotherapy.
