After all, I know all this, it is obvious ... But if I am already writing to you, maybe because I do not have such an opportunity now? I'm a bedridden person, and some doctors have the knowledge of combining medications, which combination is beneficial and which is not, but if you don't have that knowledge, I'll ask my doctor the next time I visit.

If you have run out of medicine, you should ask your doctor for a new prescription. If you are unable to get to your doctor, you can contact your primary care physician or use the teleconsultation at the GdziePoLek.pl: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja Please note that changing medications without consulting your doctor or combining medications yourself can be dangerous and can lead to serious side effects, so it is important to always consult your doctor before making any changes to the your treatment.

I have been treated in a pain clinic for several years, as well as I have a diagnosis and unfortunately I have to use opioid medication. Some opioid drugs can be combined with each other and their interaction is beneficial (I do not know if I can list such combinations here), and some do not, so I hoped that the doctor from you would have such knowledge. Unfortunately, I ran out of one drug with which I combined Palexia (Methadone), and Palexia itself is not enough and I suffer a lot from pain. I have an appointment in a while, so I wanted to ask, because I have many adverse symptoms now and I was wondering if I could replace one drug with another, because some belong to a similar group.

At the outset, it should be noted that the medicines listed in the question are only available with a prescription and should not be used without consulting a specialist. The use of both medicines at the same time may cause excessive sedation, lowering blood pressure, breathing disorders (rapid or slow breathing rate, shortness of breath, bruising of the skin, shortness of breath). Although the combination of these medications can sometimes be beneficial, it is prudent to monitor patients who have not been previously treated with opioids. If medicines have been prescribed by different doctors, a consultation is needed to determine whether these medicines can be used at the same time and, if so, whether there is a need to change the recommendations on how to give them. If the medication was prescribed by the same doctor, please follow the dosage regimen. If you experience any alarming symptoms - please contact your doctor. If you are unable to get to your primary care doctor, the GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to book the drug at the nearest stationary pharmacy and pick up after presenting the prescription: Palexia: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/58675/palexia-tabletki-powlekane/apteki Bunondol: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/14159/bunondol-tabletki-podjezykowe/apteki
