Can Labofarm and Trittico CR sedative tablets be used at the same time?

I use trittico cr 25mg per night. Later I have to increase to 50mg. Can I take labofarm "sedative tablets" during the day?

Concomitant use of Labofarm Tranquilizer Tablets and Trazodone contained in Trittico CR may potentiate the central nervous system inhibitory effects of trazodone, which may manifest as excessive sleepiness, dizziness or impaired concentration. Without consulting a doctor, you should not combine both of these drugs.
