How should I use the 4th pack of Belara if I have to use the 2nd and 3rd pack in the short schedule?

Good morning, I was at the gynecologist to prescribe birth control pills, where I wanted to postpone the bleeding. I was prescribed 4 packs of BELARA. According to the recommendation, I should take the tablets for 21 days, then 7 days off. The next two packs of 16 tablets and 7 days off. After this time, the event on which I wanted not to have menstruation will pass, 😅 my question is whether after the third package (in which I choose 16 tablets) I can go back to taking 21 tablets from the fourth package?

Belara contraceptive pills are normally used in the 21+7 regimen, i.e. 21 active pills and 7 days break. Another scheme of use of the drug can only be due to the doctor's recommendation. If the doctor has not specified that the 4th pack should be used in the schedule recommended by him, you can probably use the drug in a standard way. If you are not sure what course of action the doctor recommended, I encourage you to repeat the consultation.
