Good morning. I have a rather delicate question. Recently I had a slight stomach problem. Around 12 o'clock I had to use the toilet urgently. The stool was half watery. My stomach hurt. At 1 p.m., as usual, I took the contraceptive pill (slinda). Around 1:40 p.m. I had to use the toilet for the second time. Could such two visits have weakened the effect of contraception? In fact, one took place before taking the pill, the other 40 minutes after taking it. Thank you for your reply

In that case, there is no cause for concern, the effectiveness will be preserved.
Not at 1:40 p.m., it was a one-off situation that never happened again.

After passing stool at 1:40 p.m., were you in the toilet a few more times? In general, the effectiveness of contraception is at risk if after taking the drug the patient defecates (has diarrhea) at least 2-3x within 4 hours of taking the drug. If you still have concerns (because, for example, the stool had a loose consistency or your stomach still hurts), please use an additional method of contraception in the form of, for example, condoms for the next 7 days from the onset of stomach discomfort. However, you do not need to take the next dose.
