The possible combination of Clonazepam together with clarithromycin, amoxicillin and esomeprazole should be as directed by your doctor. Clarithromycin may increase the concentration of clonazepam in the blood, which may increase the risk of side effects such as excessive sleepiness, hallucinations, difficulty breathing. Possible combined use should be strictly determined by the doctor. The doctor should determine the doses of medicines and the intervals between them. If the doctor has not been informed about other preparations used by you, I encourage you to repeat the consultation.
