According to the manufacturer's data Gold Omega-3, you should take 1 capsule 2 times a day. Many people prefer to take dietary supplements with a meal. There is no need to take two capsules at once, because excess omega-3 fatty acids can lead to side effects such as nausea, diarrhea, flatulence.
