Hello, my son got the drug amotaks today, unfortunately from all this I lost the dosage .. It is a suspension, the son weighs 28kg, has sinusitis and it is often whether the dose of 5ml 2 times a day is ok? Because I don't remember well

I am afraid that it will be necessary to consult the pediatrician again, because the range when it comes to the dosage of the drug is quite wide and I am not able to say what dosage method the doctor has determined in the case of your son. In acute sinusitis, a child weighing 28 kg can take from 560 mg to 2520 mg of amoxicillin, i.e. from about 5 to 25 ml of the drug per day in divided doses. Bearing in mind the above manufacturer's recommendations - it is worth confirming the dosage method with a pediatrician.
