Can I rule out pregnancy if I didn't get my period after Escapelle?

On March 13, I took an escapelle pill (72h after) about 44 hours after intercourse where the condom broke. The intercourse was on the last day of the period, ie 11.03, I got bleeding 4 days after taking the tablet, ie 17.03 and it lasted 2 days. My cycles are irregular, but menstruation always lasts 6/7 days. I was supposed to get my period on 02.04 but I haven't gotten it so far (currently I'm 2 days late) Can I rule out pregnancy? or should I worry that something has gone wrong

After using Escapelle, your period is usually normal and starts on the same day as usual. Sometimes it can occur a few days later or earlier. Irregular bleeding or mid-cycle spotting may also occur. The two-day bleeding 4 days after taking the Escapelle tablet was therefore most likely an adverse reaction, not menstruation. According to the documentation of the drug: "If menstrual bleeding is delayed for more than 5 days or there is an unusually scanty or heavy bleeding, the patient should contact a doctor as soon as possible."
