I have helicobacter pyroli and I got the following treatment: 1.Duomox 1 tab 2x a day - for the first 7 days 2. Metronidazole 2 tab 3 x a day and Klacid 1 tab 2x a day - in the next 7 days. In addition, from the beginning of the Emanera treatment, 1 capsule 1x a day. Should I also take shielding drugs and Controloc? Thank you very much for your reply.

There is no need to enable Controloc. You are already taking Emanera, a drug that inhibits the secretion of hydrochloric acid in the stomach, containing a proton pump inhibitor. However, it is worth including a probiotic in the therapy, preferably a product with proven effects. The most scientific evidence on the effectiveness of probiotics in the eradication of H. pylori concerns strains of Lactobacillus and Saccharomyces boulardii, e.g.: Heliprox: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/100866/heliprox-kapsulki/apteki HelicoGastrin: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/112638/helicogastrin-kapsulki/apteki Enterol 250: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/27293/enterol-250-kapsulki/apteki The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to book a drug at the nearest pharmacy stationary and collection upon presentation of a prescription: Duomox: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/25590/duomox-tabletki/apteki Metronidazole: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/48758/metronidazol-polpharma-tabletki/apteki?pvid=15729#stacjonarne Klacid: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/40214/klacid-tabletki-powlekane/apteki Emaner: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/26933/emanera-kapsulki/apteki
