Should I additionally take shielding drugs and Controloc during H. plori eradication?

I have helicobacter pyroli and I got the following treatment: 1.Duomox 1 tab 2x a day - for the first 7 days 2. Metronidazole 2 tab 3 x a day and Klacid 1 tab 2x a day - in the next 7 days. In addition, from the beginning of the Emanera treatment, 1 capsule 1x a day. Should I also take shielding drugs and Controloc? Thank you very much for your reply.

There is no need to enable Controloc. You are already taking Emanera, a drug that inhibits the secretion of hydrochloric acid in the stomach, containing a proton pump inhibitor. However, it is worth including a probiotic in the therapy, preferably a product with proven effects.
