According to the information contained in the leaflets of medicines: Clatra - the tablet should be taken one hour before or two hours after a meal or consumption of fruit juice Euthyrox - A single daily dose should be taken in the morning, on an empty stomach (at least half an hour before breakfast), preferably with a small amount of liquid, e.g. half a glass of water. Pantoprazole - tablets should be taken before meals swallowing whole and drinking water. Therefore, I would recommend taking both Euthyrox and Pantoprazole in the morning before a meal (you can swallow them together or 10-15 minutes apart). Then, 2 hours after breakfast, I would recommend taking Clatra. At the links below you can check the availability of the drug in pharmacies and make a reservation at the facility of your choice: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/18223/clatra-20-mg-tabletki/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/88715/pantoprazol-teva-tabletki/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/28213/euthyrox-n-50-tabletki/apteki
