Escapelle - like any medicine - may or may not cause side effects. All possible side effects are described in the leaflet, which does not mean that they will all definitely occur. Side effects listed as "very common" - may affect more than 1 in 10 people are: nausea, irregular intracyclic bleeding until the next menstrual period, lower abdominal pain, feeling tired, headache. Side effects may occur even if you take Escapelle "in vain".
