When taking anti-ocort drugs such as Xarelto, sports that can lead to injury and bleeding (e.g. all contact sports, skiing, horse riding) are discouraged. In my opinion, Pilates does not pose such a threat - if I am well versed, it is simply an exercise system. If you think any of the exercises could lead to the rupture of the body layers, it should not be performed.
