Can I change the dosage of Amotaks after starting treatment?

I was given the antibiotic amotaks for ear inflammation. Applies the second day, so far no improvement. Question: in the pharmacy pharmacist wrote on the packaging 2x1 and so I took, something came across me looking at the doctor's appointment card and there it is written to take 3x1. What do I do now? Can I change the dosage of the drug after starting treatment?

Please use the dosage prescribed by your doctor. The dosage can also be changed after the start of treatment. Dosage 3 x a day is prescribed in severe forms. The pharmacist probably prescribed the dosage from the prescription.
