Can Dymista and Rinogermina be used at the same time?

Good morning, Unfortunately, I did not ask the ENT during the visit but I assume that if he recommended the use of preparations he knows what he is doing, you see - I have to carry out Rinogermin treatments for my son, but my son takes Dymista once a day because he is allergic. Can I administer both preparations at the same time or discontinue Dymista for the period of treatment with Rinogermin?

In the current literature I do not find information that probiotic strains contained in the Rinogermina medical device may interact with the active substances contained in the Dymista. What's more, one of the indications for the use of Rinogermina is the restoration of the bacterial flora of the nasal mucosa in patients with allergic rhinitis, i.e. a disease that is also an indication for the use of Dymista. If both medicines have been prescribed by your doctor, please follow the instructions. Between the use of both preparations, it is best to keep a 15-30 minute interval - first Dymista, then Rinogermina. About how to use nasal drops, we write in the text: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-stosowac-krople-do-nosa Below are links to track the availability of these preparations, their on-line reservation with collection at a selected pharmacy or purchase with home delivery (applies only to over-the-counter preparations): - https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/89453/rinogermina-aerozol/apteki, - https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/25771/dymista-aerozol/apteki.
