Can I use Pregabalin, Ketrel and Bioxetin?

Hello, can I use together pregabalin 50mg, add-on ketrel 50mg per night and bioxetin? Will there be any reactions? So far after pregabalin and ketrel I feel good, I fall asleep easily, but I have to include bioxetin as an antidepressant
