Good morning. I take Orlifique birth control pills every day at 6:30 p.m. On Saturday I took the pill at this time, but around 23:00 I vomited. I took another pill on Sundays at 18:30. It was the first week of the blister. At that time, I did not have sex. Has contraception been maintained? How should I behave next?

It is assumed that if vomiting occurs more than 4 hours after taking the pill, it will not affect the effectiveness of contraception. If you use all the previous tablets correctly - do not skip the tablets, use at fixed times - there is no reason to worry. Contraception is preserved, there is no need for additional contraception.
