No, 10 days is not too long. Treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection with such a drug regimen (so-called quadruple therapy without bismuth) that you give in the question may last up to 14 days, but in this case you should stick to medical recommendations. Medications should be used as follows: 1. in the morning on an empty stomach, half an hour before breakfast: Controloc 20 mg 2. in the morning after breakfast: Klabax, Amotaks and Metronidazole - 1 tablet each, you can also use some probiotics, insensitive to antibiotics, e.g. Enterol: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/27293/enterol-250-kapsulki/apteki 3. If you have another probiotic, use it with a 2-hour interval from taking antibiotics 4. in the evening, half an hour before dinner, the second dose of Controloc 20 mg 5. after dinner: Klabax, Amotaks, Metronidazole - 1 tablet each. As for HepaMerz, there are no contraindications to using it during antibiotic treatment, but I do not have information on how often you should use it, so I did not include it in the above recommendations. HepaMerz can be taken during or after meals, so depending on the frequency of use, it can be combined with breakfast, lunch or dinner.
