Can Fluanxol be combined with other medicines that affect the central nervous system?

I have schizophrenia and CHAT. I take Olanzapine 15mg, Xeplion, lamotrigine, pregabalin, temporarily spamilan and tranxen and now I have added Flaunxol because the psychotic symptoms do not go away. Will it not interact with previous drugs somehow?

Flupenthixol in Fluanxol may interact with olanzapine (Olanzapine) and palipridone (Xeplion). As a result of the interaction between these medicinal substances, excessive sedation, drowsiness or concentration disorders may occur. Side effects such as seizures, arrhythmias, fainting or high fever may also occur. If Fluanxol has been prescribed by an attending physician who is aware of all the medicines you are taking, follow your doctor's instructions. Otherwise, I recommend seeking the advice of the treating physician. In the event of disturbing symptoms mentioned above, urgent consultation with a doctor is necessary.
