Both medicines (Kandesar and Lapixen) can be used at the same time as Euthyrox. They do not have significant interactions that would affect the efficacy or safety of treatment. Which medicine is more suitable for you - Kandesar or Lapixen - should be decided by a doctor who is familiar with your health condition and treatment history.
