If such activity does not affect irritation, deepening and violation of the damaged mucosa, I think that walks are not contraindicated. There is no information that physical activity is a contraindication in patients suffering from fissure, as long as it does not adversely affect the wound. The type of physical activity used and any doubts in this regard should be discussed with your doctor.
