Can Fromilid, Propranolol and Metronidazole be used simultaneously? Do they not interact?

The listed drugs can be used concomitantly. There is a possibility of a moderate interaction between Metronidazole and Clarithromycin (Fromilid), which may cause arrhythmias. However, patients who already have heart problems or electrolyte disturbances are more exposed to its possible occurrence. Symptoms that may appear include: dizziness and feeling of emptiness, fainting, palpitations and irregular heart rhythm, shortness of breath. If any of the symptoms appear, contact your doctor.
