If the Nivea cream used has got into the vagina, there may be a local allergic reaction or other hypersensitivity to the cosmetic, or irritation of intimate areas. Do not use Nivea cream instead of lubricant. If you notice any disturbing changes, e.g. pain, vaginal discharge, burning, you should urgently contact your doctor. A one-off situation should not affect your health, but please watch yourself.
