No, Zoltral and Trittico CR do not affect the effectiveness of contraception. I sensitize, however, that if you have not used Trittico CR and Zotral at the same time, you should observe the body for side effects associated with too high serotonin levels. It can manifest as irritability, confusion, hallucinations, muscle tremors and stiffness, arrhythmias and pressure disturbances, fever and gastrointestinal symptoms.
