Does Chronada help with the spine?

Hello. The doctor prescribed me a chronade for the spine, does it really help? For some time it hurts in the lower knee, is it possible that it is from these drugs?

Chronada is a medicine indicated for use in the relief of pain in the course of knee osteoarthritis. Measurements carried out in patients at 6 months of use showed that people treated with Chronada had a 50.1% reduction in pain intensity on the WAM scale. Drugs with chondroitin sulfate are characterized by a slow action, the onset of which occurs in 6 to 8 weeks. The drug Chronada can be used "off-label" in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the spine.
