In what order should inhaled asthma and COPD medicines be used?

Zafiron, Atrovent N and Miflonide Breezhaler are prescription-only medicinal products, therefore the prescriber should establish a treatment plan with the patient with a detailed dosing regimen. Zafiron and Miflonide Breezhaler contain formoterol (a long-acting bronchodilator β2-mimetic) and budesonide (a glucocorticoid, an anti-inflammatory drug, respectively). There is no longer specified time interval between administration of these medicines. For convenience, even complex medicinal products containing a combination of budesonide and formoterol in a single dose have been developed. However, if you have been prescribed in 2 separate inhalers, it may theoretically be more beneficial to use Zafrion first and then Miflonide Breezhaler. Medicines containing ipratropium bromide, such as Atrovent N, are usually used to control an asthma attack in patients. They can then be used simultaneously with medicines containing formoterol (Zafiron). No time interval is required.
