Cracked and dry heels are a problem often encountered in foot care. Especially in summer, when we walk barefoot more often, the skin on the heels can become rough and cracked. There are many cosmetics that help alleviate this problem (e.g. foot bath salts, scrubs, masks, creams, exfoliating and regenerating socks). It is worth looking for products with ingredients that exfoliate and soften the epidermis (e.g. salicylic acid, urea) and moisturize and regenerate (e.g. shea butter, glycerin, vitamin E, lanolin).
