Menstrual pain is a problem that affects most women of childbearing age, and in some cases it can be so severe that it prevents daily functioning. Usually, the pain begins a few hours before menstruation and lasts 2-3 days. So far, there are no drugs that would completely eliminate menstrual pain, so its treatment is based primarily on relieving pain with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and diastolic drugs.
