Hello, after a sudden increase in pee fever (200/120) I was diagnosed with essential hypertension (primary). After the first visit related to hypertension, the general practitioner prescribed bisocard 5mg and polpril 5mg. The test results taken 3 days before the first use of the bisocard (ECG, chest X-ray, blood tests, including d-dimers, CRP, sodium, potassium, troponin 1, ckmb mass, cholesterol, triglycerides) are normal. The effect of taking the bisocard tablet for the first time (evening) was that my blood pressure normalized, but on the next day I lost all my strength. After the next 2 whole tablets and - after consultations with doctors - half (3 days) and 1/3 (3 days) - there was a further loss of strength - walking 100 meters is too much effort for me, even though my average length of sapcers last year was 11 km a day. That's why I started using the second prescribed medication, Polpril. Feeling a little better, the blood pressure is around 126/83/75 in the morning and 130/87/75 in the evening. I would like to mention that a month before my blood problems started, I had covid-19 (mildly) and used hydroxyzine (due to anxiety). That being said, my question (and concern) is whether such symptoms could be the result of bisocard. With information on side effects may be fatigue, fatigue (asthenia).
