Apparently, metformax increases the amount of insulin in the blood, which causes clogging of the vessels. Is this true? I use this measure in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and at the same time chronic coronary artery disease, hypertension. I take blood thinners at the same time, hence the question whether Metformax pounding sugar does not clog the arteries at the same time where I already have a stent inserted? Thanks for the quick reply.

No, Metformax does not increase the amount of insulin in the blood and the insulin itself does not clog the vessels. Metformin sensitizes tissues to insulin, which is physiologically secreted.
