How does Alantan work with infectious lichen?
Hello. Impetigo infectious - how does Alantan work on it? I mean, when I apply this substance, lichen decreases, it's brighter. Can this cause scarring? I am waiting for a prescription from a doctor for this ailment, until then I use Alantan, quite often, every hour or several times a day.

Allantoin contained in Alantana has an anti-inflammatory effect, accelerates healing and improves skin hydration, due to which the lesion decreases and takes on a brighter color.
