This is not a standard dosage, so I suggest you make sure that the doctor actually meant "for a week" and not, for example, "for a week". According to the documentation of the drug, the usually recommended initial dose for the treatment of depression and social phobia is 75 mg per day. This dose can be increased gradually by your doctor if necessary.
