No, this is not related to the use of the drug. Enlarged lymph nodes on the neck are a symptom of many diseases. The cause of enlarged lymph nodes on the neck are most often infections that take place near them, e.g. pharyngitis, inflammation or abscess of the tooth, sinuses, upper respiratory tract infection.
