Podczas stosowania leku Izotek można stosować preparaty zawierające chrom.
Ze względu na ryzyko hiperwitaminozy A pacjentom nie wolno jednocześnie przyjmować leków zawierających witaminę A, w tym retinol, który pełni funkcję witaminy A.
