After 4 days of stopping taking Neoparin, are there no contraindications to taking the 3rd dose of the Covid vaccine?

for six weeks I had a cast put on after breaking the V metatarsal bone and I took 45 doses of Neoparin 0.4ml intra-intramally 1x a day, yesterday I had my cast removed and I stopped injecting this drug, this Saturday I want to get vaccinated with 3 doses against Covid (that is, after 4 days from removing the plaster and stopping injections), from Monday rehabilitation, or no contraindications to take 3 doses at this point, is it better to wait, if so how much? Thank you!
